So she is more like a psychiatrist than a therapist. I would recommend you then to talk to your parents (I’m assuming that you are underage/still live with your parents/anything along those lines - sorry in case I’m wrong) and to your psychologist. It’s good that you will talk to her about it, but I think a real therapy will help you more, so, if you want to, tell her (and your parents) that you think that you need a therapist. Someone who will listen to you for at least 50 min and who will work through your problems together with you. It’s actually weird that your psychologist/psychiatrist thingy didn’t recommend you this, too. Because just taking meds wont make the real problem go away.
Sweetie, I want to hug you. It makes me sad that you feel this way and that you suffer, but I do hope that you will get real help instead of that 5-min-not-really-therapy-conversation stuff. And I want you to keep me informed, okay? xx I want to know if you are alright/feeling better/etc
